Dear guests, we are delighted to welcome you to Chalet anno 1794. Our chalet is a historic house with special character, lovingly renovated and located in the middle of nature. To ensure that you and future guests can enjoy a pleasant, safe and relaxing stay, we ask you to observe the following House Rules.
These House Rules form part of the stay contract if they were provided to the guest before conclusion of the contract or with the booking confirmation, or made accessible via a link.
By using the chalet, guests undertake to comply with these House Rules.
Please treat the chalet, furnishings, appliances, outdoor areas and the entire property carefully and respectfully.
The chalet may be used exclusively by the number of persons agreed in the booking. Additional overnight guests, visitors, events, parties or commercial uses are permitted only with the landlord’s prior consent.
The chalet is intended for private recreation. Parties, events, commercial uses or loud celebrations are not permitted without corresponding consent.
Arrival and departure take place by arrangement or according to the booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please leave the chalet on departure in orderly, swept-clean condition with the complete inventory present. Windows and doors must be closed, lights and electrical appliances switched off and the key returned as agreed.
The chalet is located in a quiet natural setting. Please be considerate of neighbours, animals and nature.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, loud music, shouting, parties, noisy outdoor activities and other avoidable noise must be avoided.
Even outside quiet hours, noise must be kept to an appropriate level.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the chalet.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette ends safely and do not leave them in the garden, on the terrace, by the stream or in nature.
In the event of smoke smell, burn marks, smoke damage or additional cleaning effort, the actually necessary and reasonable additional cleaning costs may be charged.
The fireplace and barbecue may be used only properly and with particular care.
Please use only suitable fuel. Flammable objects, textiles, paper, furniture or decorations must be kept away from the fireplace, barbecue and other heat sources.
Open fire is permitted only in the places provided for this purpose. Lighting fires in the garden, by the stream or on other parts of the property is not permitted unless expressly allowed.
Embers and ash may be disposed of only once completely cooled. Never place hot ash in waste containers.
Any operating and safety instructions displayed on site for the fireplace, heating and barbecue must be observed. Official prohibitions, especially in case of forest fire risk, must be observed without exception.
In case of forest fire risk, strong wind or official prohibitions, barbecuing and open fire must be avoided.
The kitchen is available to you during your stay. Please handle kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and all other equipment with care.
Dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils must be cleaned after use or placed in the dishwasher.
Please leave the refrigerator empty on departure and dispose of any food you have brought with you.
Technical appliances may be used only for their intended purpose. Damage or malfunctions must be reported immediately.
Please use energy and water sparingly and responsibly.
When leaving the house, lights, electrical appliances not needed and taps must be switched off. Windows and doors must be kept closed when the heating is running.
The heating system and other technical installations must not be improperly changed, covered or manipulated.
Please do not put hygiene products, wet wipes, food leftovers, fats, oils or other foreign objects into the toilet, washbasin or shower.
In case of blockages, water damage or other problems, please inform the landlord quickly.
Towels, bed linen and other textiles must be treated with care. Heavy soiling, damage or loss may be charged.
Please separate and dispose of waste according to local requirements.
Waste, food leftovers, packaging and bottles must not be left in the garden, by the stream, on the terrace or in nature.
On departure, the chalet must be left tidy and swept clean. This includes in particular:
In the event of exceptional soiling, smoke smell, waste not disposed of or substantial additional cleaning effort, the actually necessary and reasonable additional cleaning costs may be charged.
Pets are permitted only with prior consent.
Please ensure that pets do not cause damage, do not soil furniture or beds and do not disturb other persons or animals.
Pets must not be left unattended in the chalet or on the property if this may cause damage, noise or danger.
Pet waste must be removed immediately and completely. The guest is liable for damage, soiling or additional cleaning costs in accordance with statutory provisions.
In case of exceptional soiling, odour nuisance or substantial additional cleaning effort caused by pets, the actually necessary and reasonable additional cleaning costs may be charged.
Children are very welcome. Parents or supervising persons are responsible for their children throughout the entire stay.
Particular care is required around the fireplace, barbecue, kitchen, stairs, terrace, balcony, garden, stream area and all outdoor spaces.
The stream and natural surroundings require special care. Children must not stay unattended in the stream area or outdoor areas. Parents or supervising persons are obliged to supervise children accordingly.
Terrace, balcony, garden, barbecue area and stream area are available to you for relaxation. Please use these areas carefully and respectfully.
Plants, trees, fences, garden furniture and other outdoor facilities must not be damaged or misused.
Please be considerate of nature and animals. Throwing away waste, cigarette ends, glass, food leftovers or other objects outdoors is prohibited.
If parking spaces are available, guests may use them. Please make sure not to block access routes, paths or neighbouring properties.
Parking is at the guests’ own responsibility. The landlord is not liable for damage, loss or theft relating to vehicles or objects inside them unless the landlord is at fault. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge where available. There is no entitlement to constant availability, a specific speed or uninterrupted operation.
The internet access may be used only lawfully. Unlawful downloads, uploads, file sharing, access to or distribution of illegal content are prohibited.
The guest undertakes to use the internet access lawfully and to inform accompanying persons accordingly. The guest is liable for unlawful or abusive use by the guest or accompanying persons in accordance with statutory provisions.
Please briefly check the chalet upon arrival for visible damage or defects and report them as quickly as possible.
Please report damage, defects or malfunctions immediately so they can be repaired quickly.
The guest is liable for damage caused by them, accompanying persons, visitors or pets in accordance with statutory provisions.
Please do not attempt to carry out more extensive repairs yourself. In case of technical problems, water damage, power outage, heating problems or other disturbances, please contact the landlord.
Furniture, decoration, dishes, appliances and other inventory must not be removed from the chalet or misused.
Please return indoor and outdoor furniture to its original place upon departure.
Lost, damaged or heavily soiled items may be replaced or charged.
When leaving the chalet, all windows and doors must be closed and locked.
Candles, fireplace, barbecue, stove and other heat sources must never be left unattended.
Escape routes, entrances and access routes must be kept clear. Highly flammable materials must not be stored near heat sources, fireplace or barbecue.
In an emergency, please notify the responsible emergency services immediately and then the landlord.

In the event of exceptional soiling, smoke smell, waste not disposed of or substantial additional cleaning effort, the actually necessary and reasonable additional cleaning costs may be charged.
In case of serious or repeated violations of the House Rules, in particular noise nuisance, violation of the smoking ban, over-occupancy, improper use, damage or endangerment of persons or property, the landlord may terminate the stay early after a prior warning.
In case of serious danger or unreasonable behaviour, immediate termination is possible.
Refund and damage claims are governed by statutory provisions and the agreed General Terms and Conditions.
These House Rules form part of the stay contract and supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Chalet anno 1794.
